Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy

• Fixed Rate Standard Shipping $5.95 for Apparel 1-6 items (orders are processed by a third party and shipped within 3-5 days. Standard Shipping 3-5 days)

International Shipping Policy

• Fixed Rate International Shipping $12.95 on Apparel 1-6 items (orders are processed by a third party and shipped within 3-5 days. Standard Shipping 7-15 days)

International Shipping Customs, Duties and Taxes

• International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Refund Policy

• Neurohacker Apparel is manufactured by a third party.
• Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you have received the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
